Members Authentication Area uses Group levels of authentication! As shown below.

Administration - this access level allows Administrators to fully access user accounts, add and remove users, monitor server access and other administrative responsibilities.

Counselor - this access level allows Counselors to research relevant material to advisory documents, links to staff e-mails, Access existing queries in addition submit new queries to other Counselors.

Client - this access level allows Clients to peruse self help advisory documents, and links to Counselors e-mails.

Depending on your level of clearance you will be redirected accordingly!
